Learn MoreThe NITRO - Β mechanism is the ideal solution for upgrading spearguns with PICASSO – century, basic, asegai, (version 1990 seac sub & Rob Allen), thermoplastic handle, solving all technical and functional problems with the mechanism.
It is easily fitted by using an installation jig form that uses the holding pins as in the original handle on same points.
It is easily fitted with the mounting form included. Minimum intervention is required at points on the loading extended butt and the line release slot (window), by using the original holding pins off the handle at the same points.
Point of innovation, operational accuracy, failure avoidance and ease of conversion, is that the line release no longer rotates around an axis, but rotates to a cartridge outlet point. This fact frees us from complicated procedures for supporting the line release.
Also the mechanism for sure, trouble-free movement of the line release, incorporates a superior operating and manufacturing reversing trigger mechanism that operates with push-rod propellants, independent of the trigger and spear rod, preventing the effect of hard trigger and deflection. The indentation at the back of the trigger gives elegance with minimal weight that is a patented visual feature point of our mechanisms.
The innovative operating system with pushers of the mechanism is patent protected. Any change or modification with respect to the shape, size, dimensions, materials of construction and assembly including a variety of application fields and if it does not include new inventive steps and is not conducive to the technique already known will be considered an aim and aspirations of the present invention.

Η κασέτα μηχανισμού σκανδάλης έχει τροποποιηθεί επιλύοντας όλα τα προϋπάρχοντα μικροθέματα χωρίς να γίνουν εκπτώσεις σε καμένα τομέα.
Πιο αναλυτικά:
A) Προς όφελος πλευστότητας ειδικά σε μικρού μήκους όπλα που χρήζουν θετικής πλευστότητας, μειώθηκε το βάρος κατά περίπου 24 gr, χωρίς να θυσιαστεί το παραμικρό από ποιότητα κατασκευής, υλικών, μακροζωία, αντοχή και λειτουργία.
B) Το πολυσύνθετο άγκιστρο βέργας τροποποιήθηκε κατασκευαστικά λειτουργικά και σχηματικά επιλύοντας όλα τα παλαιοτέρα προβλήματα όπως οξειδώσεις, εμπλοκές /απεμπλοκές βέργας και την στιγμιαία δυσλειτουργία στην απελευθέρωση του μήκους της πετονιάς από την σχοινοποιάστρα.
C) Το μεταλλικό στοπ που ευθυνόταν για την οξύ θορυβώδη λειτουργία του μηχανισμού κατά την στιγμή της βολής, έχει αντικατασταθεί με ελαστικό όπου αποσβένει τον θόρυβο κρούσης από την ορμή του αγκίστρου την στιγμή που απελευθερώνει την βέργα.
D) Τέλος η παρέμβαση αναβάθμισης / εξέλιξης του μηχανισμού οπτικά αποτυπώνεται με το διακριτικό μονόγραμμα D υποδηλώνοντας την προέλευση και γνησιότητα Demka στο σώμα της σκανδάλης.€35.00 -
